Cafe in Birch Park - No CC

This is a Park venue that I made with a cafe on the lot, which lets Sims eat something that isn't made on the grill. The main draw is the various playground equipment, including the small slides for Toddlers from the Toddler Stuff Pack because I wanted them to have something to do, too. I intended the cafe to be designed a little bit like a pet cafe as well, giving pets a place to rest and observe Sims.

Originally wanted to use lot traits to increase the chance of stray animals and pets to appear on the lot, but those would take up two trait slots and I really wanted something that would make socializing and playing more rewarding on the lot. The lot was built lengthwise.

Minor problem with the lot is that it will not spawn an NPC Sim to tend to the café portion of the place because it's saved as a Park venue.
Simply place the lot and change it into a Cafe venue through build mode, and the problem should be fixed.
