Have saved up some money and want to live alone, yet close enough to the family and kids?
Then get them to Trente Fleurs.
This little house is built for a couple in love with nature.
A little guestroom has been added recently so someone can stay over - or perhaps you want to put your pet into it.

I tried to keep the furniture neutral and old-fashioned looking, something elders might like.
The flower arrangements are different types of flowers, the one drawback is that the Maid or a neat Sim might want to wipe the foundation off after watering the plants.

If you have seasons installed you can add some fruit trees or delete some of the arrangements and build a greenhouse.
