This gorgeous 5 bedroom houseboat lets you enjoy the luxuries of a modern home on the water. The light colors and loads of windows give this home an airy atmosphere. Step out onto any of the balconies to enjoy an ocean view from any angle.

This houseboat was built with a large family in mind. Since none of the available houses (on land or on boat) were large enough for the household I was playing, and owning two houses (plus Hobert's Hideaway) gets tedious, I decided "Screw it! I'm gonna build them one."

The first floor contains an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area and one bathroom. The second floor contains two of the bedrooms and another bathroom. The third floor contains a third bedroom with an all-in-one bathroom, and a room to steer the boat. Below deck are the other two bedrooms, the third bathroom, and a little study area off to the side. Rooting issues may occur due to only one Sim being able to use a spiral staircase at a time.
