This lovely home offers a beautiful yard with a garden, plenty of space for a large family, and a gorgeous view off its front porch and balcony

This house was built for (and named after) one of my legacy households. It does retain some personal items, they've collected, such as bugs, but others, such as skill certificates, have been removed. The house's design is loosely based on the Silverdale by Sears Modern Homes.

The first floor contains the living room, the dining room, the kitchen with a breakfast nook, one of the bedrooms, one bathroom, and two porches. The second floor contains the other two bedrooms, a small study, the other bathroom, and a balcony. To the side of the house is a yard with some harvestable plants.

No custom content or store content is used in this build.
