As Riverview's second Generations lot, we have a large flower garden for throwing wedding parties. I wanted to include a wedding venue, so I decided to base it off of a rose garden in my city that often hosts weddings. I have this lot placed at 345 Riverblossom Hills Drive, but it can also be placed at 467 Farmer Valley Road. The lot is built on a slight elevation, but the edges are flat.
Towards the front-center are steps leading up to the garden. Walkways cut through the lot, leading Sims around the different sections, with benches throughout. At the center is a decorative fountain with lily pads, and at the back is the wedding area, with the wedding "hall" itself under a trellis canopy, and the reception areas to the left and right.
Note About Lot
The price listed at the bottom is based on the lot's price when placed at 467 Farmer Valley Road. 345 Riverblossom Hills Drive is a very expensive lot, and bumps up the price to $112,949 when furnished, and $101,684 when unfurnished.
Due to the amount of plants, this lot is slow to load when placing in Edit Town Mode, or when trying to enter Build/Buy Mode. However, it loads fine in Live Mode.
No custom content or store content is used in this build.
I don't know about you, but I think the way that community lots from certain expansion packs get added to worlds is pretty annoying. They're often placed on lots far too big, may end up facing away from the street, and they usually don't match the architecture of the rest of the town. So I've decided to build community lots designed to match the rest of the world it's based in. No more Port-a-Party Warehouse sticking out like a sore thumb in the clearly rural Appaloosa Plains. And these lots will only use EP or store content that the lot type and the world are from.

2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
