This contemporary, industrial-inspired house includes 2 levels. A walkway surrounds the house on the 1st floor.

the ground floor comprises:
- 1 large garage
- access to the apartment on the 1st floor

on the 1st floor:
- a fitted kitchen with dining area
- a bar corner
- Swimming pool with outdoor television
- a salon
- 3 rooms
- 1 bathroom with toilet
