This Base Game Cottage has 3 bedrooms - 2 baths and is built on a 20X20 lot. It is unfurnished except for the lights, kitchen, bathrooms and landscaping. It also has a garage so - start a band the car goes in the driveway.

This build has only one cc - the roof made by matomibotaki (serious his roofs are so pefect) and I've used this roof in my "The cabin on the Lake" upload. Go there






If you're wondering why I always use the same windows, it's because I'm obsessed with every house matching each other on the street. Plus they have good light and colors look good on them.
