This cute little cafe is from the trendy part of Okothl, and it's positively drenched in local color. The perfect place for a nice date or a family dinner.



It's a teeny tiny 1x1 lot so there is a bit of foot stomping from time to time, but I had 4 sims, plus townies hanging out there for ages and no traffic issues came up that they couldn't quickly resolve themselves. It helps that both levels have two doors.


The build implies that there is a nice view off the back of the lot, maybe even over water, but hey, that's your business.


And I made a phone booth! It was very fussy about placement, but it works, and it's cute. It even looks pretty okay with the walls down.


There is a full kitchen, cuz it just looks weird not to have one. You can steal snacks from the fridge, but I purposely put objects on all the counters so randos wouldn't start cooking for themselves in the cafe.

Just a few notes
- No custom content included or required
- The lot edges are flat
- Constrainfloorelevation false was used for the roof and dummy level
- Moveobjects was used and some things aren't snapped to grid, but the furniture works.

A copy of the lot was play tested, but please message me if you run into any problems

Reccomended Mods
- Rugs - zMOG!! Off Grid!! by HugeLunatic --You don't need it, but it's awesome, and if you don't have it some of the rugs will look funky until you pick them up and put them on grid
