It's a deck-access apartment building with four units around a courtyard. Each apartment has a little balcony upstairs, but most of the outdoor space is communal, including: chess, a BBQ, table and chairs, darts, don't wake the llama, an easel and a hot tub.

I feel like there's probably a name for this kind of architecture, but I don't know what it is, I just associate it with Northern Europe. Post in the comments if you have any idea.



Units are as follows:

Lower left: Cheerful red, three bedrooms, furnished for a kid, rent 2,357


Lower right: Peaceful blue, three bedrooms, furnished for a kid, rent 2,376


Upper left: Lovely yellow, two bedrooms, furnished with a guest room, rent 2,141


Upper right: Gregarious green, "two" bedrooms, furnished with an exercise room, rent 2,123


Notes

Just FYI, it is a bit of an annoyance to have curved floor architecture on an apartment lot because if you want use the fix spiky floor/ceiling trick (by deleting it and then hitting undo) you have to do "boolprop aptsublotspecifictoolsdisabled false" every time (and then immediately make it true again, because you can cause some weird problems if you accidentally delete certain things)

but who could say no to the grumpy little gargoyle arch?

--Constrainfloorelevation false was used for the fancy roof arches and the split level stairs
--Moveobjects was used and some things aren't snapped to grid, but the furniture works
--There are fire alarms above the fridges, burglar alarms behind the fridges, and each unit has a phone
--All apartments have one and a half bathrooms
--If you changed it to residential it would cost 343,504
