This home has room for 8 Sims (or more if you have a mod). There are 7 suites - living area, sleeping area, 4 piece bathroom. There is also a dining hall with a chef's kitchen, common areas, a computer nook, office, public bathrooms, and basement laundry room.

When your Elders are ready to retire, just use the phone to Split From Household and move the old fogies in with whomever is already living at Everrest Retirement Home.

I recommend that you use the cheat code bb.moveobjects on before placing this house.

The first retiree will have to pay the full furnished price, $174,188. This home is built on a 30x30 lot, place it on a larger lot to have room for a pool, garden, workshop, etc.
