For this modern house, I tried to play with the existing objects in the game... no CC only moveobjects

This partly explains its price ... to be able to make the top of the white roof it took me to use decks ... and shelves to give this illusion of small wooden curbs surrounding the house ...

It shall contain:
on the ground floor:
- a large entrance overlooking both floors
- a kitchen and a large living room

on the first floor:
- a large parental room with its dressing room
- a child’s room
- one bathroom

A large wooden terrace delimits the house and can accommodate a small garden lounge.

And if you want to add a large garden you can buy a large land and build your house ...
