This block of townhouses contains four NPC units and two furnished player units. Unit #1 is five bedrooms and 3.5 bedrooms. Unit #2 is three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each unit also includes basement space containing a family room, kids' playroom, and workout room, as well as a large unfurnished attic space with extra bed and bathroom for a butler. All units open to a private courtyard with pool. Complete listing of items used here.


The lot looks the same from the front as from the back so there is a lamp post marking the lot's front to allow easier placement. Once placed, you can move or delete the post using the restrictbuildbuyinbuildings cheat. Currently, Unit #2 is set as the player unit. If you'd like to switch units or open them both up, you can adjust the lot markers:

● Type control+shift+C
● Type "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false" (without quotation marks) and hit enter
● Delete/move the hidden room markers in the apartment you'd like to make the player unit (DO NOT MOVE/DELETE THE COMMON ROOM MARKERS)
● Add hidden room marker to apartment you don't want to live in
● Shift+click on the empty apartment door and select "Make NPC Door"
● Type control+shift+C
● Type "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings true" (without quotation marks) and hit enter
