Katie and Damien bought this 100 year old old run down chapel for a steal. The stipulation: the Historical Society demands that they keep the Chapel intact.

They fixed up the chapel, and completely renovated the basement to make very comfortable living quarters. There is a master bedroom, a child?s tiny room, an open living room/dining/kitchen, a bathroom with laundry, a fire escape, and a utility closet. They have also installed some energy saving devices on the lot.

The sweet little chapel has pews, a pipe organ, an altar, a preaching podium, a chime tower, public restroom, and the entrance to the downstairs apartment.

Outside is a sitting area, and an old graveyard.

Katie and Damien had twins, and have outgrown their beloved Chapel basement apartment. They have put it up for sale at $76,540.

The property sits on a 20x20 lot in Windenberg (it can be placed on any sized lot larger than that if desired)
