A Spanish style villa by the beach, perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a cozy vacation home for a family.

It features a dining area and a bar at the ground floor, surrounded by arches that lead to the patio and an elevated pool area. The deck is accessed through a staircase that will lead to the entrance of the house at the second floor, which features the living and study areas, a bathroom and the master's bedroom. The back door gives way to the patio area through another stairway. Two more bedrooms are located at the third floor, while the kitchen is located at the ground floor, along with another bathroom.

This lot is built at 477 Sunnyside Boulevard in Sunset Valley (hence the name ). Recommended to place in seaside flat lots for a great beach view.
