- a large entrance giving access to the floor
- a large kitchen with a dining area
- a dining room for large occasions (a staircase allows access to the parental room)
- a lounge with its bar corner

On the 1st floor:
- Parental room with bathroom
- a terrace to set up according to your wishes
- 2 children’s rooms
- a shower room

This villa is located on a vast land with trees and sunshine

the wardrobe with glass door of the parental room is not functional .... it was just created for aesthetics ...
