Carol Smith (full married name Carol Jones-Patton-Carpenter) is definitely a problem customer. Whether she's buying groceries, picking up her genetic subscription at the pharmacy, or trying to return something, she won't hesitate to make things difficult for all involved, with the rude and self-centred attitude to go with it. However, if there's redeeming factor of her personaity, she doesn't always ask for the manager. If any of your Sims take a fancy to her, they'll need to be ready to put up with her kids.
