2 simple but useful houses
The beach lot can be used at Three Lakes.

These are a makeover of the Maxis original from the game titled The Sims Life Stories, the original floor plan design was kept but with modifications.
The dining room was extended five tiles to have a family dining table, due to the aforementioned the distribution of the roof was modified both in design and in lower angles.
A beach lot version is included which can be installed in the vacation suburb without any inconvenience and can also be placed in other neighborhoods indicated in this post.
The makeover house is not fully furnished to be decorated to your liking.

The beach lot was created in the Phage Island neighborhood and tested for compatibility in the Three Lakes suburb. There should be no problems with your installation.
It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.

This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

where you can put The beach lots ?

The Three Lakes map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.
The Phage Island map also lists the areas where you can put the beach lots, however keep in mind that when dealing with irregular terrain lots this generates changes in relation to the location area. If you have or have any problems please let me know.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* BaysLand Map
* Charm Island Map

Those mentioned were where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other neighborhood templates.
