This is a simple and versatile family lot with a large beach area that includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, bathroom, bedroom and hallway leading to the rooms.
The outside area is decorated with plants and includes a driveway. Since it's a lot with a beach nearby, it won't take Sims too long to get there.

The beach lot was created in the Lagoons Map It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.

Depending on the neighborhood template where the lot is placed, the objects on the beach may appear sunken or raised, simply use the hand tool and release to reposition them correctly.

This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

Where you can put the beach lot?

This beach lot is smaller than the ones included in the game by default, so it must be kept in mind that in order to place it in a neighborhood it must have a road plan as close to beach areas as possible.
If you want to use this lot with existing beach neighborhood consider using the terrain modification cheat included in the Free Time expansion "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain"
Please note that, as these are beach lots, they're on uneven ground, so they aren't always suitable for the intended areas. However, I have worked on the middle ground of this type of beach lots so that they are compatible with various neighborhood templates that have beach areas.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* Peninsulas Map
* BaysLand Map
* Charm Island Map

This mentioned was where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other neighborhood templates.
This beach lot is smaller than the ones offered by default in the game, consider using a neighborhood template whose roads are close to water areas.
