This is a summer house with a beach and driveway, the house serves as a residence for one or two sims.built on a batch modified with the Mootilda's Lot Adjuster tool and SimPE it was possible to create a beach lot smaller than the ones included in the game.it has two stair accesses at the entrance of the house and the height of the foundations was modified with the Mootilda's TS2GridAdjuster tool and following the guidelines published by CatherineTCJD's tutorial.It is possible that this lot is pet-friendly, for this a fence gate should be placed on the right side because pets cannot go up and down stairs of two steps.

• Driveway
• Backyard with beach access

This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance.You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.
