A moderate-sized but modern house with a front garden and a balcony.

The house has an living room, a closed kitchen, one bathroom and one bedroom upstairs. The balcony can be accused from the bedroom.
Besides the kitchen area and the bathroom, the house will be empty. No CC is used in this build.
