The house has 5 rooms and one small anteroom. It also has enough space for a later front garden and/or a garden in the backyard.

Besides the kitchen area and the bathroom, the house will be empty.
The CC you see in the screenshots will NOT be included, it's only for inspiration and are not required for my build to function.
