A Small cube shaped starter home.

It's having one bath- and bedroom and a open kitchen and living room area. On the little porch is enough space for a additional small table with chairs.
Perfect for single sims or a couple.

Besides the kitchen area and the bathroom, the house will be empty. No CC is used in this build.
The furnishes I used in the screenshots will not be included, as it's simply for inspirations.
