I made this residential building inspired by Roaring Heights, a world of The Sims 3 that in real life is based in Miami from the 20s and 30s. As everyone knows, there is no way to create your own apartment as in the sims 2, but it is possible to create a type of "residential batch apartment" in ts4, to do this you need the expansion "discover university" it has a system of roommates, you call a friend of yours to live with you, but you don?t control him, and he helps pay the bills, as you can see in the pictures there are 3 apartments, you can choose which one your colleague can stay in, and lock the door other apartments so that it doesn't enter, so you can simulate the existence of an apartment.
The building comes with a reception, office and management kitchen, and a living area, a leisure area with a swimming pool available to the inhabitants, in the basement you can also find the laundry room.

CUSTOM CONTENT NEEDED
None of the objects is cc, with the exception of the elevator, there is no way to place more than one elevator in any lot of the game, to be able to place 4 elevators and make them functional I used the mod from littlemssam https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/post...-important-city you need to download this mod, if you don't download the elevators don't work.
