Low Villa 70 - Retro House

This was the home of the Esparza Family, which constitutes a couple and their two children, Miguel and Maria, after getting married the couple who lived in the countryside came to town and bought this house, at first it was big but now that the two already have two children, a teenager, a children, and one more on the way, they decided that the house was getting small and it was time to move and put the house up for sale.

Kinda inspired by that house


It is a middle-class house, with 3 bedrooms (one being a suite), 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, garage, a backyard, and also a mini laundry room that is in the kitchen, I love houses in this style, the colors are so cute and full of life.

No CC required, you will need paranormal stuff pack too but I couldn't include it because it doesn't appear to me.
