Now presenting Atomic Acres lot number 8 - The Sun Valley! Ah yes, this little two bedroom home is every bit of deserving of the sunshine as you are! Unless of course you're coming to our neighborhood as a vampire, then you're free to enjoy this palm tree paradise while cloaked under the moon and stars of night. We won't judge you here in Atomic Acres. All forms of life are welcome! Make this quaint Mid-Century home your very own today!

Greetings to the Simmers of the world! I bring to you The Sun Valley. A small two bedroom home done in the Mid-Century style suitable for a small family or four adults Sims. There is one full bathroom, a laundry room, a full kitchen and dining room and a decent sized living room in the main entry. I used some CC for this build, but only enough for the style I wanted to do. This is the type of home you often see in California, Florida or the Carolinas so I chose color schemes that remind me of those places. The large windows in the front of the home let in a lot of light, so little use of lamps will be needed. With a hint of Japanese decor in the living room, because I adore that country and its culture. It also has a pool area for your Sims to cool down during the hot months. I hope you all enjoy it and thanks for the continued support!
