A simple home for simple sims.

This house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living area and a pretty porch.

Like all the simple homes, it has no cc and fixtures only.

Fixtures include bathroom and kitchen objects, lights, alarms and phone.

The kitchen should make a sim who has cooking as a hobby very happy.

All plants are accessible in the garden.
