This lot is completely FREE of CC! It's a fully furnished tiny home on a 1x1 lot.

Based on victorian architecture, it has fancy moulding on the house exterior, a turret, a cute little porch & a balcony on the 2nd floor. Because the lot is sooo tiny, each "room" you'd typically find in a house has its own dedicated floor. So the ground floor is the living room, the 2nd floor is the kitchen, and the 3rd floor is the bedroom. It also has a tiny little "unfinished" basement (as in it's not painted or decorated, leaving its use up to you!). The basement is just big enough for a bed, so even in such a tiny home there's still some room for family expansion.

For the kitchen, the dining table is actually the one you see on the balcony. I did some playtesting (on a different copy of the lot) & tried to find a spot for an indoor dining table, but really the only fitting place was the balcony. If you prefer indoor dining for your sims it'd simply take a quick swap of the balcony fencing for some walls & there you go!

In the bedroom, you can see it is possible to fit a double bed, it just takes a little trek around the stairs to get to the righthand side. Again I playtested the lot (using a separate copy) & sims can access both sides of the bed, it's just a little... unusual for a room configuration, so I figured I'd mention it.

This lot was playtested using a copy, all objects/rooms are accessible/usable, no sims have ever lived on the uploaded version of the lot.
