I've created yet another victorian home, as always NO CC involved! Also unfurnished so that the cost doesn't get out of hand.

The exterior and most of the layout is based on the real life house of banker James Mellon, whose victorian-era home was described as being specifically part of the "eastlake" victorian style. Though I did take a few liberties in the layout as there isn't a ton of pictures of it to refer to, and it's abandoned and in disrepair nowadays. So I guess this gives it a second life?

A copy of this lot was playtested. No sims have ever lived on the uploaded lot.
