Hi! Today I'm bringing you something outside of my MySims project, even though my original plan was to recreate Flipper's Pool House from MySims. I decided to divert from this original plan because I wanted freedom to invent, explore and make the lot as I envisioned it without limitation, BUT if you have played MySims and you remember Flipper's Pool House you will get the references (the colour scheme of walls and floors that I used and the tikki furniture in the hall).

The building is composed of a large swimming pool, a locker room, a bathroom with gym-like showers, a hall where sims can eat, drink coffee and lounge if they are not feeling the urge to jump in the pool yet.

The main feature of this community lot is that the roof above the pool is full of skylights! This type of roof above indoor-pools is common in real life so I thought it would be cool to recreate this architecture in The Sims 2. I really hope that you enjoy this creation!
