This unique pod-style house is in perfect harmony with nature thanks to use of natural building materials, organic profile and abundant windows.

The main level includes the kitchen, dining, and living room. One wing provides a carport, entryway, & laundry. The other wing is a clerestory windowed, 9 foot ceiling master bedroom with adjoining full bath.

A spiral staircase winds up to the second level that includes a large open bedroom with conversation area, study, easel, and treadmill. A second full bath is tucked into the corner.

Both levels have breathtaking views. The backyard has a gazebo for dining, a deck for relaxing and grilling, and a wonderful pool for cooling off during those hot days of fun in the sun.

I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed. I used Ambitions for the laundry items and Supernatural for a lot of deco items and the entry table. If you don't have these, then their will be furniture and decor that will not be as pictured. If I used anything from the other packs, then the game will substitute something else for it and it shouldn't be such a noticeable difference. There is no CC or CAP used on this lot. I have checked it with Custard.

This lot has great views when placed at 130 or 180 Redwook Parkway in Sunset Valley. It can be placed in any world though and it has no spawners, so there will be no problems when rotating it.

Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price (furnished): $88,765
Lot Price (unfurnished): $54,293

This lot is based off of floor plans at DRUMMOND HOUSE PLANS.

I was inspired by (and stole ideas from) all of the wonderful lot creators for the Sims 3. They are too numerous to mention by name, but I thank them all for their amazing work! Their creations have made my game so much more enjoyable to play, especially the creators at the D.N.A. Request Team.

Thanks also to the wonderful people at NRaas for continuing to update their game-saving mods and to Delphy for CUSTARD. Without these, I would have quit playing long ago!

Most of the screenshots were not taken in Sunset Valley because of obstructions. They were taken in (Bigger) Builder's Island (Updated!) by QBUILDERZ.
