This charming Low Country style beach house is the perfect vacation home or your year-round beach home. There is a large front porch, an enclosed screen porch off the living room, and a small deck that can be accessed through the screen porch or the breakfast nook. It has a master bedroom with closet and en suite bath that includes a tub, shower, enclosed toilet, and sink with lots of counter space. There are two other bedrooms, also with closets. A full bath is located beside the two bedrooms. A formal dining room is located off the large kitchen. The kitchen, which includes a breakfast nook, is open to the living room and shares the same wonderful view of the beach. This wonderful house includes a fireplace for those chilly nights. All of this is located above the bottom floor that houses two garages, a bonus room, and another full bath to clean the sand off when returning from the beach through the sliding glass doors. Beach access is made easier by the wide stairs. This house has parking for four! It comes unfurnished so you can put your own personal stamp on it.

***I built this house in the Belladonna Cove Neighborhood. I am not sure if it will work correctly in other Neighborhoods. I have tried to place some beach lots that I downloaded from here at MTS2 and couldn't get them to place for me.***
