The Admiral, with its low country charm and contemporary design elements, is reminiscent of a simpler time. Thoughtfully laid out, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is the perfect blend of refined luxury and functionality. From an upstairs rec room to a fireplace with built-ins to a sunroom, options abound in this well-appointed home. Just steps away you can unwind in your large master suite, with dual vanities and walk-in closet, your private retreat awaits. This beautiful home is carefully crafted to maximize storage and space. This two-story charmer is everything you want to call home.

Features:

Main level consists of open-plan LR, kitchen, dining with fireplace, as well as a garage and a sunroom., Also features a Master Suite connecting to the laundry room via the master bath, along with a kids room and full bath.

Second level has another Master Suite with master bath, study/office, family rec room, and a 1/2 bath. There is a nice reading nook tucked behind the stairwell.

Outside is a small patio off the enclosed sunroom. Inside the sunroom is a grill and fridge from the Outdoor Living Stuff pack, along with a place to eat and paint. The screen windows and door on the sunroom are from the store.

I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed, but I limited my build to the packs I listed. Island Paradise isn't really required, I only used a few decor items from it. Generations, Pets, and University Life are really required to have the house look like the pictures. Ambitions was used for the Laundry items and lots of decor, so it is somewhat required. If you are missing any of these packs, then the game will substitute something else for it, so it isn't lot breaking but will change the look of the lot.

I used only two items of store content in this build, the screen windows and door on the sunroom are from the The Now & Then Century Manor set.

There is no CC or CAP used on this lot. I have checked it with Custard. For some reason, the image files in PNG format were flagged as Custom Content. You can see from the CUSTARD pic that there is no CC packaged with the lot.

All appliances, plumbing, and the fireplace are fully upgraded.

This lot is based off of floor plans at Logan homes - Admiral I.

I was also inspired by (and stole ideas from) all of the wonderful lot creators for the Sims 3. They are too numerous to mention by name, but I thank them all for their amazing work! Their creations have made my game so much more enjoyable to play, especially the creators at the D.N.A. Request Team.

Thanks also to the wonderful people at NRaas for continuing to update their game-saving mods and to Delphy for CUSTARD. Without these, I would have quit playing long ago!
