It was originally a third apartment to my apartmen lot: Apartments by the Canal (https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=653368), but because it made my game too slow, I decided to divide the3 apartments.

I spent a lot of time, creativity and thoughts on these and I hope you'll enjoy playing them
