A house with a big hall, open kitchen with a garden, a tiny green house, dining room, tv room, master bedroom, 2 small bedrooms and zones around the house to chill and enjoy the great view of your neighborhood.

NOTICE: the lot is not flat, but I do not find it difficult to place.

I had my focus mostly at the windows when I built this. They are the skeletion of this house, and the other rooms are just the fillings.

I added 3 toilets and 2 seperated showers for busy mornings.

If you want to spent about 107111 simoleons on a very small lot, this is the perfect house for you.
This house has everything you need - not so much else.
