This is a four bedroom home that has been extended to provide a home gym tagged onto the back of the house.



The house has:
Master Bedroom with En suite Bathroom

Home Office
Family Bathroom
Cloakroom
Home Gym
Patio
Landscaped Gardens
Parking Space (You will need to add the driveway piece - I suggest this invisible one by Sophie-David)



I have used Honeywell's Bespoke Build Set and Curtains/Blinds in this house, Buggybooz's lovely Kitchen Basic (the original download link to the recolours no longer works but you can view them here) and Sailfindragon's Boston Patio table and chairs set, plus a couple of other items.

Please note:
The shrubs have been placed off-grid so you will need a gardening mod to keep them tidy, for example dickhurt and/or cyjon.
To use the high chair as it has placed you will need Lamare's mod
To use the easel on an angle you will need Gdayars mod
