Hello everyone! Here are 5 more community lots for the Maple Creek neighborhood. [You can find part 1 (community lots) here , part 2 (under 20k starters) here, and part 3 (more community lots) here. Since I upload my neighborhoods by lot, you can to make this a downtown or shopping district, or you
can download just 1 or 2 lots if you need a movie theater or museum for one
of your hoods! I also am in the process of building 3 vacation hoods (the far East and Island are complete!) so check that out as well.

Maple Creek is a suburban, growing community with lots to do and see.

Nestled among the trees, the community of Maple Creek offers something for everyone, from movie enthusiasts to art snobs. The
town hosts a bustling main street, perfect for growing
families to enjoy.

As always, this hood contains NO CC. This set, the fourth part of the hood, includes 5 community Lots:
A Movie Theater & Restaurant
Salon and Spa
Bakery/Cafe
Art Museum
Teen Center

I recommend Lowedeus' skyboxes if you want your lots to look like mine do in the pictures and MoreAwesomeThanYou's skilling on community lots . By the way, if you want the teen center to be teen-exclusive, download TwoJeff's Visitor Controller.
I use Crisps&Kerosene Sims Version with personality exclusion.
