Hello Simmers! Here is part 3 of my Maple Creek neighborhood! [You can find part 1 (more community lots) here and part 2 (under 20k starters) here]. Since I upload my neighborhoods by lot, you can to make this a downtown or shopping district, or you
can download just 1 or 2 lots if you need a senior center or arcade for one
of your hoods! I also am in the process of building 3 vacation hoods (the far East one is complete!) so check that out as well.

Maple Creek is a suburban, growing community with lots to do and see.

Nestled among the trees, the community of Maple Creek offers something for everyone, from gamers to bird-watching enthusiasts. The town hosts a bustling main street and 2 parks, perfect for growing families to enjoy.

As always, this hood contains NO CC. This set, the third part of the hood, includes 6 community Lots:
Arcade
Pet Store
Senior Center
Sports Park / Playground
Nature Park
Diner

I recommend Lowedeus' skyboxes if you want your lots to look like mine do in the pictures and MoreAwesomeThanYou's skilling on community lots ,
especially for the senior center. By the way, if you want the senior center to be elder-exclusive, download TwoJeff's Visitor Controller.
I use Crisps&Kerosene Sims Version with personality exclusion.
