A sunny simple home for simple sims.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with space for a dining table of your choice and a living room.

Like all my simple homes, the lot has no CC and fixtures only.

Fixtures include bathroom and kitchen objects, as well as lights and alarms.

In the garden, all plants are accessible.
