This is a simple home with one bedroom, one bathroom, a roomy kitchen and living area.

Like all my simple homes, it has no cc and fixtures only.

Fixtures include bathroom and kitchen objects, as well as lights, alarms and a phone.

All plants are accessible in the garden.

The house is versatile and can be used for student accommodation as well.
