12 Efficiency Apartment units ranging from $612 - $639.

All are exactly the same size with exactly the same furniture, although some units may have an extra window or light fixture. Each unit is small, but big enough for two Sims. No room for 3 Sims in a unit.

This location has a large common area swimming pool with a patio adjacent and lounge above for Sims to work on their skills. Plenty of opportunities for your Sims to get to know their neighbors. Parking is available on the street.


It sits on a 3x3 lot which is essentially the same size as the Goth Estate. So you should have no problems running it smoothly.

All of the units are furnished with starter furniture. Tenants are welcome to decorate as they please.

I love these types of street lots that show sims maneuevring around thier little community. For some reason I feel the need to provide housing for the townies that roam the sim streets.
