I did two makeover of this Pleasantview lot, one as a starter under 20K and one mid price 60K. Same floor plan.



The original had numerous things that needed fixing like bad routing, unsupported porch areas and the steep Maxis roof. I wasn't a fan of the existing floor plan so I removed it all and redid from scratch taking off that odd area at the front of the lot as well. I didn't do too much to the garden as I wanted to keep this lot affordable.

Lot Price: Starter $19,981
Lot Price Decorated $60,664

Since this is a pre-made lot I cleaned it with Chris Hatch's globe.
