This is the house that I usually place the Burb family into. It's fairly big for a family of three but I like to think Jennifer has a career that brings in a lot of money. The greenhouse is for John in my mind because he's always a fan of nature in my game. There's an empty bedroom incase the couple have another kid and if not, feel free to make it into whatever you want.
There is no custom content on this lot. If you happen to have Honeywell's Bespoke Set, then you'll see the mailbox shelf. Besides that, there is no other cc.
