Hello once again, hope everything is going well.
I'm here to upload an updated version of my first upload on MTS, cause minutes after the upload I noticed you can't place a car on the parking spot, hence this version with an added garage.

Sadly I had to sacrifice the common area. It will be missed ( ;-; ).

This Condo, costs a total of 126 957 § and comes with 4 units that cost between:

- 4 240 § to 4 302 §

Each unit comes with:

- a Large Living Area;
- a Kitchen;
- a Garage;
- 3 Bathrooms;
- 3 Bedrooms;

I hope you enjoy this new version of the Condo, I will leave the 1st up, cause... *EMOTIONAL DAMAGE* (I'm emotionaly attached to that post)
