Golden Valley Homes - made for my best friend's custom neighborhood, also made for specific family sizes/ages so they can afford them as a family straight out of CAS, so home prices will vary. I didn't name it, she did, as I'm not bold enough for that. She seems to like them and thought I should share, so here they are... I honestly consider them "family starters".

4 Golden Valley: built for two adult Sims with no children, but expecting babies. Under 25k so they can afford it as a family straight out of CAS.
2 adults (25k) = 25k to spend.

This home has:
  • 3 bedrooms.
  • 1 bath.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • TV and bookcase in living room and cribs provided for the incoming babies in their own rooms.
  • Paved outdoor patio with chairs for relaxing or a nap.
  • Space allotted for a future driveway to be installed.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
