Golden Valley Homes - made for my best friend's custom neighborhood, also made for specific family sizes/ages so they can afford them as a family straight out of CAS, so home prices will vary. I didn't name it, she did, as I'm not bold enough for that. She seems to like them and thought I should share, so here they are... I honestly consider them "family starters".

5 Golden Valley: built for two adult Sims and one child, but expecting twin girls. Under 27k so they can afford it as a family straight out of CAS.
2 adults (25k) + 1 child at 2k each (2k) = 27k to spend. Wanted to explain a bit more plainly.

This home has:
  • 3 bedrooms (girls room can be split evenly later for 4 bedrooms total).
  • 1.5 baths (one with a shower-tub).
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • TV, bookcase and dartboard.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

If you remove the landscaping in the front yard, you can fit a driveway piece there.
No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
