Say "hello" to my first home in the Family Home "series" that I want to upload! I aim to make a few homes under 25k that house 3 or more Sims.

Designed basically for a family of four, consisting of two parents, a baby/toddler and a child/teen, this home has space for all of them. The house isn't too cramped for everyone to move around, but the child/teen has the least amount of space (at least until the baby/toddler grows up and the space can be redistributed evenly). The bathrooms are a bit unusual in placement, but I think they work with the house. There is plenty room for improvement and having your Sims turn this into a home they're proud of.





This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 1.5 bathrooms.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Bookcase, TV, and desk.
  • Toddler items: Smart Milk, high chair, potty, skill toys.
  • Covered porch for reading the paper or people watching.
  • Low maintenance landscaping.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
