So, This is my first Upload to this Website, and I am here to present you a creation I'm really proud of.

Mods Used:
- Honeywell's Bespoke Build (Both the Set and the Walls and Floors): Set https://modthesims.info/d/615151/bespoke-build-set.html


This Lot comprises of 4, 2 Story, Houses, with a Small Backyard (as shown in the images).
Each has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Kitchen and a Living Space, as well as a driveway for vehicles.
There's also a common area with tables and a barbeque

The Lot, as it is, costs a total of 123,706§, but the Condos's prices range from:

- Using Kestrellyn's Halved Apartment Rent : §1,440 to §1,521,

- Without this modification: §2,880 to §3,042
