The Be Modular Line offers 2 range of furnishings - this is the Acute Range for the home study or office for Sims who prefer simple straight lines.

Please note
The width of many of these objects occupies the full floor/wall space - thus 'attaching' to other furnishing in the set.
Due to the width, if any items are placed in a corner, the right or left side becomes open; if shelving it is a pleasant alternative.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
