Mr. Crunchies Fitness (Gym) in Sims 3 is a 3 x 2 Lot; I have changed this to a 3 x 3, due to being unable to build on the second tiles close to the perimeter and have added a little landscaping.
Ground Floor: Treadmill Area, Rear Exit, Foyer, Gent's Rest Room and Pump Iron Area.
First Floor: Dance Class Area and Ladies Rest Room.
