Hello and welcome!

Not so long ago I've built a house for the protagonist of the novel I'm working on and recently I felt an urge to make one for the villain too (they're not like... the main villain but definitely a bad guy). So I've been searching through my files and some online places, looking for the right house, but didn't seem to find the one that would fit my criteria.

Now House Of The Fallen Trees, on the other side, was almost perfect for this task, but it needed some job done and I've been putting it aside in case I won't find anything good. And, well, that's what happened and so I went, stole the lot from Downtown and renovated it.

The shape of the house didn't change that much, but I still decided to redo some moments I found questionable. Then I've also changed the roof and pretty much everything on the inside.

In my opinion, even though I've had that villain of mine in mind while coming up with the designs (hense why almost the whole house is red. Not to go into the details, but that's just some plot stuff), I think the place still got its' original gothic/vampiric vibe, especially the basement (which I kept just 'cause of respect to the house's origins, my villain character has nothing to do with vampires lol).

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a resting room on the top floor. The rest is ordinary.

The lot size is 50x40, the price is 362.276.
No CC used or included, but I've noticed that Clean Installer detected some custom sand terrain in the lot file. I have no idea why it was there, but I'm assumming that I accidentally could've left a little spot somewhere. I removed the terrain from the file, of course, but just in case you notice a strange little area on the ground - don't be surprised lol.

Have a nice one!
